Do we need to book?

No, we don’t require reservations for breakfast or lunch.

Do you allow dogs in the cafe?

Yes, well behaved dogs are very welcome in the café.

Do you have WIFI?

Brambles has free WIFI in the café.

Do you have a car park?

Brambles doesn’t have private parking, but we are located on the main street which has free parking. Pay and display car parks are also close by (free November – March).

Does Brambles cater for dietary requirements?

Yes, please let your server know of any dietary requirements.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, our gift vouchers come in increments of £25 and can be used in the hotel, café bistro and our sister business Campbell Coffee. To purchase gift vouchers please email info@inverarayhotel.com

Do you have a kids menu?

Yes, please ask your server if you require one.

What time is check in?

Check in is from 3pm (Loch View Apartment 4pm).

What time is check out?

Check out is 11am (Loch View Apartment 12pm).

Do you allow dogs in the rooms?

We only allow dogs in Loch View Apartment and Garden Suite (both have access to a garden).

Are hairdryers provided in the rooms?

Yes, all rooms have hairdryers.

Is breakfast included?

All reservations include a complimentary buffet breakfast. A'la carte cooked breakfast is also available at an additional charge.

Do the rooms have WIFI?

Yes, there is access to WIFI throughout the building.

Can extra beds be added for children?

We can add a fold bed or cot to some of the rooms, there is an extra charge of £20 per night.

Does Brambles have a lift?

No, but we are more than happy to assist with your luggage.

What should I do if arriving after 5pm?

If arriving after 5pm, please call Brambles on +44 (0)1499302252 and a member of the team will come check you in.
